Our experience started most excellently. We arrived at 7 am and after an all-night flight, we were beat. Even though check-in was not going to be until 3 pm, the night manager checked us in immediately and we were able to get our bags put in the room and grab some breakfast. The breakfast was top-notch! It was well stocked, had a very large variety of food, was clean and comfortable and modern. The breakfast staff was on top of everything there. This hotel was well-run, well-managed, and kind. Our stay was most comfortable. We were there for 5 days.

It was clean and close to everything. We drove 5 hours to attend the Midieval Times and the welcoming and friendliness of the receiving staff made it a nice arrival. Nick, the friendly assistant manager, checked us in and gave us a nice room in “the basement” or did he mean the dungeon?! LOL. His funny sense of humor made our day! The best part of this hotel, which we didn't know was we could literally walk over to the Midieval Times castle as it shared the same fence.

Best hotel in Dallas, I will definitely be staying here again, in fact, this will be the only Hotel I stay at going forward. Me and my family stay at this hotel every year to visit family and they are always so hospitable and clean! The front desk are Super friendly, but the housekeeping ladies could be a little more hospitable, but not bad enough to keep me from staying there. The breakfast is the best hands down in that area!! Thanks front desk you all are AWESOME!!

The staff was exceptional!!!! Barb, Yvette, and Vidal (front desk) were just superb!! and Sheila, who runs the cafe in the mornings for breakfast was exceptional. She made everyone feel so welcome and really kept everything clean, food fresh, and morning meals happy!! Exceptional staff!!!

I love the fact that I was greeted by the front desk with one amazing young man, he told me on the phone that he would make my check in easy so I could go get rest, he even made a joke that I didn't catch on to at first but it was funny. They had complimentary bottled water for the guests.
